Should I or should I not

My mum told me the postman send us a letter from AVA about doggy license saying that they have change the rule!!! all unsterilise dogs were have to pay a license fee of $70 instead of $14 per year. faint* then my mum say bring snowy go sterilise. lolx donno who is the one who say don sterilise very cruel last time. waha But the decision lies on me cause am the owner of the dog. wahha my mum ask me to make the decision soon. hmm.. should i or no? haiz From $14 suddenly increase to $70 !! but i scare after sterilise, snowy will become not active le. so am still deciding! waha but i was thinking don sterilise cause per year $70 is not very expensive if u don compare it with the $14. lolx MUm says because there are too many homeless dogs. Those people sooo irresponsible! dump their dogs when they are bored with them! only 1 lucky dog out of 5 have a new home. the rest were put to sleep. haiz poor thing

If am rich!! i will adopt all the homeless dogs and buy a big house for them hmm.. bungalow!hehe and hire many maids to take care of them. and dog trainers and groomers! waha
