learn to BAKE

baking in process..
a slice of my cake!

as usual went to school for tutorial. hehe during tutorial we ate donuts. Ben went batam yesterday and bought for us donuts. i chose the oreo donut. after tutorial, we went to register for the diploma plus thingy. They said that if we take this modules it is easier to get to Uni. Am nt very sure abt this thing but i jus register together with my friends. cause nt everyone will be selected so if we got selected then ask clearly abt it. Went home took an afternoon nap after reading my story book. bathed the dog. he is super dirty. 2 weeks nv bathe. lolx then change the hamster cage. my hamster is soo weak. i use my finger to push him lightly he fall backwards liaoz. and one of his eyes cannot open. i tink his life is ending soon. At night i went sheng siong with mummy. bought a betty crockers vanilla cake flour. i wanna try to bake. hehe nv bake b4 since we had our microwave with oven function in it we shld try using it. Cause most of the time we jus use the microwave to reheat the cold dishes. went home. i was bored so i started to bake. followed the instruction. but nv really follow cause there stated 1 1/4 cup of water. they didn;t say how much ml is one cup. so i jus anyhow pour. lolx i was soo scare it will be unsuccessful. but it turns out to be alright. EDIBLE. it looks liek sponge cake. suppose to make the glaze to be spread on the cake but i didn;t have the ingredient. it is nt included in the box. haha there's room for improvement. first time mahz.. hehe Am goin to bake more cakes next time. searched for many cake recipes which i wanna try. Maybe when i have the time. During weekends. or maybe during hols i shld go take up baking lesson. sounds interesting. then i can bake many nice cakes like JIN SAN SHUN. hehe
